When you say Jarvis, it just makes a static sound it does not say hello back and all of the other responses are kind of static as well. I did reach out to the seller who contacted their supplier and I was told that basically too bad this is the way it is if you’re looking for a perfect mask, I would recommend going somewhere else and not using this seller as the response was not great by any means
