    The item had few issues. 1st one is the very obvious damage/dent and scratch at the keyboard back face. The other one is the cover around one of the speakers . Yes the item was used and i understand that it might have some color fade around. But the seller did not mention these two important issues. Knowing that i had communicated with the seller before, and he was helpful for shipping update. But I’m disappointed that he did not mentioned to me these issues.

    Hi, thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry about this as I personally did not see those scratches/dents until you have mentioned them, as it was very possible that I had overlooked them. Also, the issue with the case, I can confirm it looked exactly like it did in the pictures pre-packaging, so it was possible that it may have occurred during packaging, hence the no communication with the case.
