I wanted the flocked version and they sent the non-flocked version. When I let them know, I got an "Oh, sorry, start a return"…it was not how it appeared in the picture and they had to know it. I’m sure this happens all the time, but it’s infuriating that they wasted my time and the other one I was considering is gone and if I want another one, it’s going to cost me more now. That’s called a bait and switch.
