I received the package 4 days after the original delivery date due to USPS incompetence I opened the incredibly well packed box. There were no signs of any damage to the box but one of the four cups was laying on its side, not standing up as the other three. All 4 were meticulously wrapped. When I picked up and unwrapped the 4th cup (laying down) it rattled. Sure as heck, the handle was broken into 3 pieces. Disappointing ! USPS SHOULD BE ACCOUNTABLE
