The good news is that I like the shaver and plan to keep it. The bad news is that the product I received was not the product listed! The ad was for a "Braun Series 5 5120s", but the product that arrived is a Braun Series 5 5150cs. The products are not compatible, so the extra shaver head I have won't work with the shaver I received (it would have worked with the model 5120s). I'm happy but also disappointed.
