    Opened the package and the book fell apart completely . None of this was in the listing , so I would never buy again from this seller and warn anyone considering buying from him . And a christian book , Wow.

    The book was intact when I shipped it. I believed the complaint and so offered a refund, to which there was no replay. I would have asked the purchaser to take a picture of the book and send it to me and then take the book to the Post Office at their next convenient opportunity, because the shipment was insured. The purchaser simply stopped communicating after posting the complaint. I always make it right with the buyer.
