It is very thin and was poorly packaged. After the complaint with photos, I was promised a replacement and told I could dispose of the damaged license plate, which I did. Two days later, the assurance was revoked, and further photos of the license plate and packaging were requested. This eBay seller is characterless, and his word is not worth $27.
