    Buyer beware! Item arrived badly damaged in a crushed, punctured box. I reported it immediately with photos, but the seller ignored my messages for nearly 2 weeks. They only said they would file a FedEx claim, then I never heard back again. Refund was dragged out until I had to escalate through eBay. eBay resolved the case in my favor. Very frustrating experience — seller failed to communicate or take responsibility.
