Waste of effort of putting on, testing, time and money. Even the street lamps are brighter. My bicycle lamp is brighter too. The quality of the lights currently are a great change of pace from factory bright white. The Ice Blue is the way to go. I'd said for the value it's on par with the price and condition of the lights. 5 stars.
