Leather was very dry and cracked, one of the leather tassels even broke off while I was trying to oil and restore it. Looks like it has been kept in a hot attic for the last 40 years. Brim is so dry and stiff I can't get it to loosen down, despite using nearly a whole bottle of leather conditioner. Hat is something you would buy at a yard sale for $5. Seller needed to clearly and honestly detail the condition of the hat in the listing.
