However, to be clear, the snaffoo was simply a "typo" in the title stating 6 tapes. The pictures showed 5 tapes with 6 cases (one of which was shown empty). I instantly recognized the mistake when you said you only received 5 tapes and I explained what had happened. The pictures verified that you would be receiving 5 tapes. Thank you for your polite messages and understanding. And, again, I apologize for the error.

The vendor, in my interactions with her, is a very kind individual, who will keep the buyer apprised in the event that there are any delays or, as it was in my case, changes in shipment. In my case, it was a change from USPS to FedEx.
