If you try to reach out to the seller they don’t respond at all this seller only shows the bad misrepresentation of eBay and none of the good.     shipping time was fast and on time. The mac was wrapped in layers of bubble wrap in the box for really good protection but the charger was loose and still worked perfectly. The computer came better as described. for the price of a 16gb ram macbook pro with a charger for 306$ after tax and shipping is a really good price compared to other sellers.
