    Poor communication, no reply to my emails, essential conponent part missing off car..not true to photos on advertised product. This wasn't a cheap purchase in NZ Dollars

    I did respond to this message, which came in while my account was on hold due to out of the country travel. I informed the buyer that I would check to see if I could find the missing part and would get back to him. I had to return early as my adult daughter became acutely ill and was placed in ICU. I stayed with her 24/7 in hospital. Unfortunately for this buyer, this took precedence and I was not able to follow up. Sometimes life gets in the way of ebay; benefit of the doubt might be kind.
