The radio works good. The seller claims to be a 40 year GM and Ford radio technician. After the purchase, I asked a simple question about the radio and the seller had a real condescending attitude. He told me nobody else ever complained and just send it back. The radio works and I’m not sending it back. This guy needs to learn some people and customer service skills.

I've sold hundreds of these radios and never had anyone complain like this crybaby. The note symbol on the knob doesn't sit correctly when the radio is turned off? Really? GM/Delco cranked these radios out by the 1,000's as production radios, not Show cars. Knobs were cranked out by the 1'000's also. Unbelievable how some people are. I offered to have it returned multiple times since he isn't happy. He'd rather be a mean and leave me an undeserved Negative. You just can't please some people.
