    Seller incorrectly listed length of club (listed as +1” over standard) but upon arrival was found to be standard length. Sent photographic evidence but seller stubbornly declared their measurement was correct. Thankful that they accepted a return and I received a refund, but would not trust measurements/descriptions by this seller, who does not seem to have knowledge of golf clubs outside of “I’ve been selling them for 5 years”

    Ebay is so frustrating at times. Not that they care, but here is a buyer with a 2 rating, that is allowed to leave negative feedback AFTER I, the Seller, accepted a bogus return, fully refunded the buyer, and even paid for the return shipping. If the seller satisfies a return and accepts the burden of all the return costs how is a whining buyer even allowed to give feedback at all? Chances are high that it is going to be bad. . Come on Ebay, you can be better.
