It's a used hat. You should ALWAYS wash anything new or used, you don't know where it has been or what it went through in shipping. Putting this hat in the bottom rack of your dishwasher or in with a load of laundry is the best way to clean hats. That's what I said, when you asked to do and then you leave this feedback. I am sorry I asked you to reclean for good hygiene, even as my descriptions states. I hope you got it cleaned and can enjoy it. Thank you and God Bless! 6/6
