The item was sent with Ebay standard envelope and never scanned delivered. There was clear communication between seller and the buyer, I have saved (2) messages between us explaining the situation and that I would give a full refund before you opened a claim. I don't mind you leaving negative feedback but at least tell the truth. For all I know, you received the item and got a full refund because the post office didn't scan delivery on the eBay envelope.
