The insertion tool - the major item - did not work properly. It would not pre-torsion the insert. And the company does not take returns. We have sold dozens of these kits with no complaints. The inserts themselves are made to the same aerospace standards and Helicoil inserts. In fact, Helicoil buys some of their inserts and tools from KATO. We do not accept returns because once the kit is opened and used it cannot be resold. This kit does not have a prewinder, so there is nothing to pre-torsion. Please double check the accuracy of your tapped hole. Thanks
