Item was poorly packaged and received with quite a lot of damage that has so far taken me 10 hours of work to repair. All the extended arms were broken off as well as several fingers and most of the joints that had been filled with putty had chunks missing and had to be removed and redone.

I'm sorry if the Post Office destroyed your item, but it is simply not true that I "packaged it poorly". Why didn't you contact me with this problem?
