Loco has cracked worm gear couplings n rear truck came dislodged from mount can be repaired by me asked seller for a small partial refund to buy Kato replacement parts since Bachmann doesn't sell this part separately he refused n suggested I send loco back which made no sense since I do repairs plus caboose n b unit are ok so not happy with this sellers refusal to offer me a small partial refund for replacement parts. He doesn't care to make the buyer a satisfied customer.

Thd buyer reached out to me regarding issue with the item AFTER it was disassembled THEN requested a partial refund to effect repair. I offered the buyer to return prior to knowing it was taken apart. Buyer insisted on partial refund. I advosed buyer to submit request via ebay policy. Buyer threatened, and acted on negative feedback if I didn't comply with partial refund. Buyer insisted on keeping the items when return was offered. Buyer assumed responsibility when disassembled model.
