The dress arrived quickly, and is in good condition for a secondhand garment. However, the dress smells strongly of a heavy perfume - strong enough to leave a scent on my hands. I am soaking it in a solution of baking soda and water to neutralize the perfume, but so far the scent is still very noticeable. The garment should have been treated prior to being offered for sale, and the should have mentioned this issue.
