I was impressed with the speed in which I received my order but was disappointed with the product when I found that it would NOT download onto my computer! Upon examination I found that the recording side had multiple small scratches! I now have three cookbooks on C.D.s (of which two I ordered through e-bay) that don't work! I'm sure that two of them are in good condition but are for older computers than mine! I had NOT contacted the seller.

Seller was kind to work with me on the price. The Blu-Ray was like new in description with no scratches, but 2nd DVD had several scratches (played OK), a snap hinge to close the case was broken, and the outer sleeve in back had a tear/fold at top. Seller did not disclose these damages in her listing. Sadly, a replacement case would cost me almost as much as the purchase price of this item! Next time I will message a seller with questions about movie item conditions first.
