I contacted seller and send pic showing pants inseam were 31 instead of stated 32 in his listing. I offer to accept $15 refund to fix pants, he insulting me my stating I was measuring wrong. I know how to measure pants.

unfortunately this buyer tried to threaten me with negative feedback in order to get a discount on a false claim. 32in was stated on the pants tag and in his measurements he did place the ruler at the actual inseam in order to forge the issue of inseam being 31in. Direct quotes from his messages include: "I will open a case. ebay is very good at finding in the buyer position. then you will get negative feedback", "here comes negative feedback" there is more but I am running out of space.
