Pretty cool setup on the cheap. Take your time in setting it up. Don't over torque the belt lock down bolts, they will twist up if you do, so just loosen half a turn, and they will lay flat again. Oh and after you have it all together, stand above it looking straight down at the laser crossbar, if its not parallel loosen one of the lower track wheels and gently adjust the laser cross bar to be straight with the frame, looking straight down at it. I think the instructions call it a "unique" wheel
