Ad says what .. NO SHIPPING TO PUERTO RICO. So he buys it, I explain I can't ship to PR because shipping is $160.00. I set up an auction at his request that has shipping to Puerto Rico and he does Buy It Now twice more, but NOT on the Puerto Rico shipping auction...The order was cancel and never paid for anyway.
