      I purchased a pair of stock handlebars from them. They did not match my build. When I asked them for a refund or an exchange they said no. Very disappointed in the customer relations and service

      Buyer tried to leverage us into accepting a return at our cost, with the veiled threat of a negative feedback. Shame on him. We do not accept returns on some listings, and this is outlined clearly in this listing. Sometimes colors do not match perfectly. And if it is that important that the color match on your bike...you should go to your local bike shop; not order things to look at the color and then try to bully a seller into accepting the return.
