Not a click, clack or clonk to be heard! The mouse shape is also comfortable and easy to use without cramping. Shipped and arrived on time as estimated. The refurbished mouse is in excellent condition with only minimal scratching/scuffs as described by seller. Mouse, bluetooth USB, and battery came individually bagged in a box inside a bubble mailer. Very satisfied with the purchase!

What can be improved? Shipping time. I ordered on Wednesday. Label was created on Friday. It didn't ship until Monday. That's 5 days from order to ship. It took Fedex a full week to deliver. This made it almost a 2 weeks delivery. Seller can shorten this by shipping item in 24 to 48 hours after placing an order. Just my suggestion ... You sonder why Amazon is popular.

It went straight from Pre-shipment to Out for delivery with nothing in between. Seller was great!
