Upon delivery I found that the hat band was broken. I contacted the seller who apologized and informed me they do not have replacement have replacement hat bands, so I requested they contact the brand of the hat or send me a partial refund so I can replace the hat band myself. I have not heard back in 3 days and I have had this hat for a week now.
