They offered no assistance other then to return the item (plastic organizers, arrived damaged), which would require a 40 min round trip drive and paying to print the return label. I've purchased many items from VIPOutlet, they didn't care and offered no support other then forcing the return of damaged items. I will not purchase from them again. I may just throw away to avoid them screwing others over selling it again.
