I wasn’t aware MY ring was mailed in a plain white letter envelope with no packing materials and asked my postman to investigate the missing package. After some time, postman located envelope and delivered it to me with a hole tore out of the back… EMPTY… NO RING… Seller offered to replace item with another Ohio State item (if he could find it) of higher value — which didn’t happen —. Initially thought Post Office THEFT — Seller Negligence YES! NO Refund or Resolution Given by Seller. Sad.
