    Yes, unfortunately royal mail misplaced a sack of 98 items sent on the 1st of july, we replaced or refunded all the orders that went missing as soon as customers notified us and then royal mail managed to find the sack and start delivering them on the 28th of July, relieved they found and delivered them but unfortunately we are now unable to claim for lost items but all customers ended up with either the original order for free as we had refunded them or a 2nd order as we sent a replacement.
