I contacted the seller and he wanted to work things out if possible. I was hopeful we could. He was to send me photos of wider hatbands. Then I never heard a word back. I have requested a refund again and asked for a return label. I don't hold out much hope. It's impossible to reach ebay so I will NEVER be using ebay again. I recommend you shop somewhere else.
