Following prompt contact from the seller I am revising my feedback. I ordered several suspension components for my car but unfortunately one had been duplicated and needed modification to fit the OSR of the vehicle. I have subsequently been offered a partial refund in compensation which I m happy to accept. The original value for money for the items was excellent and the subsequent level of customer service post-transaction is commendable and heartwarming.
