    Poor quality finish on engine guard. No where close to OEM and not even Vivid Black, kind of a satin finish. Not powder coating and looks to be paint. Tried to return item but had so much difficulty with seller and ebay even though the item arrived with the finish scuffed and scratched. After many years with ebay this has to the most disappointing experience as ebay has been great over the years as are the sellers.

However, they can’t compare to OEM parts, and there’s a clear price difference. We simply offer more options for budget-conscious customers. Regrettably, we can’t provide products identical to OEM parts. This is an international order, and the customer isn’t in the U.S. he find returns troublesome. We offered compensation, but he declined.
