Seller was very kind and responsive throughout transaction. Unfortunately, this item was shattered inside the box upon delivery. The box was beat up (USPS), so obviously tossed in transit despite 'Fragile'. Item wasn't packed well for a delicate ceramic/glass type item but it would probably have been broken regardless. I was very disappointed opening box and saw it had been broken in various places, literally shattered irreparably. Seller was very gracious, apologetic, and provided refund.
