WHEELWRIGHT & SON - My purchase arrived well packaged but alas, one of the two pieces enclosed was chipped. The wheel being repaired is clearly chipped, and it was not done during transit, as the chip is on an upper surface and not on the side, where one would expect a chip if any, to occur. If it had occurred during transit, then the chip itself would have been visible inside the small plastic bag, which wrapped the piece.
