scammers sell damaged parts as working parts and there is no return

Keyboard was tested and working prior to shipping to a questionable "overseas forwarding" company that buyer must have chosen. When asked to troubleshoot given zero information as to why it didn't work. I even offered to refund and suggested buyer go through the ebay return process. "Scamers" upset i wont give them the product already shipped and refund their money.
