Major problem because there is no manual or any instructions other Than four that are printed on the side of the controller. Appears that it must be programmed before use. Motor and controller were loose inside the styrofoam container. Should have been filled with styrofoam peanuts.

Plus the hot bar is wide enough to cut 102mm wide Sash ribbons. I have recommended it to other medals mounters.
