Item with packaged very poorly with a thin sheet of foam and a very flimsy box. Item was not well insulated when shipped and therefore when it arrived, it was damaged. The doll house was broken and so was the table. Seller offered a refund, but I was able to fix it. if it was packaged, insulated better during shipment, it would not have arrived damaged
