I contacted the seller more than a week ago and I haven’t get any response. Item does not match the description and battery life is low, but it says in the advert that item opened but unused. Very disappointed. I would like to return the product but I have not got instructions to do so.

If the item arrived defective kindly open a return request and return it for the full refound. Unfortunatly Royal Mail missuse the parcels and there are unfortunate situations when the items arrive damaged to the customer due to them.
