I was impressed with the speed in which I received my order but was disappointed with the product when I found that it would NOT download onto my computer! Upon examination I found that the recording side had multiple small scratches! I now have three cookbooks on C.D.s (of which two I ordered through e-bay) that don't work! I'm sure that two of them are in good condition but are for older computers than mine! I had NOT contacted the seller.

Hello!I can understand being frustrated with a CD not being compatible with your computer system. I did include in the EBay listing a picture showing the computer system requirements for this CD.I did test the CD prior to being listed on EBay. The CD played well on my computer system, the CD was listed, placed back in it's case and remained in a box with other cased CDs until it was selected for purchase. I am disappointed I was not contacted directly by you for the issues.Sgray1231
