Vendor is unprofessional and disrespectful. Did not send item, and had the nerve to disrespect me when I asked him to send it. Apparently the vendor thinks he can do whatever he wants once he has your money. I had to open a dispute for a full refund and will return items to vendor. I do not support people who think it’s ok to abuse customers.

Lo primero que tenemos que decir a este comentario negativo es que es totalmente falso todo lo que usted dice . Reconocemos que en el pedido que se le envío faltó una planta de las que usted compró o sea eran dos cantidades de una y otra de una diferente , al llegar su pedido nos envió la foto que faltaba una planta, le pedimos disculpas y dijimos que se la enviaríamos pero que en España era festivo por el feriado de Mayo , usted con muy malas formas y amenazándonos con EBay nos dio un plazo
