Unfortunately, even though I knew it was used I was not pleased with two things. First, the water reservoir had black mold in it that I had to clean out before using. Second, the steam boost is not as hot as it should be based on the fact that I owned one previously. It was warm at best. The price was good with free shipping, but even though it was used, did not meet my expectations.
