Spoke to seller multiple times about simply getting a refund and they can have the bulbs back and they just keep asking if the bulbs are dim which i already explained the issue. Not sure if dealing with an actual person or ai. Horrible seller DO NOT BUY from this seller. Paypal/eBay is being informed of this issue. Don't trust the "seller rating"
