I received two re-badged unknown RD15HVF1 FETs which had incorrect pinouts therefore in my experienced opinion are counterfeit re-badged unknown transistors.
The seller refunded me promptly but as they have not removed the listing I decided to leave this negative feedback.
Not only wasted my timed to buy these fakes but now that I showed them with photos of my tests they still are listing them with no regard for their customers.
The pinouts are wrong for the RD15HVF1 FET !
