From what I've see and experienced around here with EBAY ..... the darned "shipping fees" are a little on the high side.... this seller acknowledged that ..... and actually dropped their price to help keep the cost of the overall investment under control. Once a sales price was agreed upon and the deal was accomplished; it wasn't but a few minutes later that the "tracking number was assigned" and shipped.
