When I installed this TCXO in my transceiver and checked its frequency with my H-P 5384A frequency counter conditioned with a GPSDO, it was +2Hz. Over the next 2 hours it gradually stabilised at +0.8Hz. After 24 hours it was +0.71Hz. The oscillator module is made in the USA. Excellent quality, easy to install, very accurately adjusted. Pity it took so long to arrive.
