I used this device to replace individual 12vDC PSU on Wireless Access Points (WAP) that were already connected to GS724T switch @1000FD but found when using POE via the injector they only autonegotiated @100FD. Whilst the injector impacted the autonegotiation I found another type of WAP would negotiate OK @1000FD. Overcame issue with origonal WAPs by turning off autonegotiation and configuring for 1000FD.
