Not able to assess these items, it should have worked, if the rest of the machine hadn't died. Fitting the changeover valve was not easy despite Utube instructions, Red short internal quite easy. Good suction was restored but without the sweeper bar motor still had useless machine.

If I required other Dyson parts ( they are so expensive when bought direct from Dyson ) I would certainly use this supplier again.
