Turns out the skirt has dry rot which is unsalvageable. Let seller know, since it can spread when stored with other items. Seller said it’s my fault for not reading the listing, no refunds, it’s my fault I’m not happy with my purchase. I didn’t ask for a refund. Listing says it’s “fragile but could be reinforced”, not dry rot. Seller stated they examined the item themself and still sold it. If someone bought JUST for a collection because it’s ‘fragile’ it could’ve damaged all of their clothing.
